Our engine rebuilding is second to none!  You will appreciate and come to rely on the quality, durability, and low cost that we are known for.

We do not purchase a rebuilt engine from a rebuilder; we rebuild then in-house by an expert technician.  We are able to give the engine a personal touch and we take the time to measure out the tolerances for a smooth running engine with the strength to go the distance. At Ashley Automotive, we feel that a mass produced engine is just that: mass produced.  They get it in, get it out, sell it, cross their fingers, and deal with the problems later. One engine at a time is our practice, using higher quality parts, not the cheapest parts we can find, and this creates a high quality engine that will last a long time with the proper maintenance. You will find that even though we use high quality parts and components in the engines we build, our price is impressively low; in most cases, it is less expensive than installing some other remanufactured engine.

All the engines we build will have all new parts and include:

• Engine prep,
• Valve job with new valve seals and guides,
• Engine machining for the crank, cam or cams,
• Cylinders either honed or bored,
• Pistons,
• Rings,
• Main bearings,
• Crank bearings,
• Oil pump,
• Lifters,
• Timing chain or belt and all timing related components,
• Spark plugs,
• Water pump,
• Complete engine gasket set,
• And anything else your unique engine requires.

Our warranty for the engine and any component we install is set at a standart 1year or 18,000 miles.  The extended warranty gives you and additional 2 years or 40,000 mile warranty at a minor additional cost.

The same is also true for our transmissions.  High quality parts + doing the job correctly = a long lasting transmission. When we open a transmission, we replace all the seals, steels, and clutches, along with the electronics and torque converter, and perform any updates to the transmission that are required. Now here's the deal when it comes to transmissions repair: the price we quote is the price you pay. We will not tell you a low-ball price to get you in the door and then pull the transmission, disassemble it, and call you back to tell you it's going to be more. We are up front and honest about the pricing.  WHAT WE QUOTE IS THE PRICE YOU PAY!  Now to our warranty.  Our standard warranty is 2 years or 50,000 miles, or you can option a 3 year or 75,000 mile warranty at a minor additional cost.
